Our Programs:

In Athrevo systems we focus on two different branches of training:

1- Fitness and output.

2- Competition based training.

Fitness Programs:

Our team of instructors and experts are responsible for providing physical fitness, body sculpture, functional core training, and health guides.

Flash Fit

This program is designed for beginner and intermediate levels who want to get healthy, look fit and to commit to a more active lifestyle. Comprised of mobility training, dynamic warm-ups, and bodyweight training progressions, FF helps condition, tone muscles and build strength. Over time this program can be adjusted through complexity of the movements, dynamic time intervals, and increased cardio, to serve as a more challenging routine as the athlete’s fitness level progresses.

F.W.M.A (Fitness with Martial Arts)

We believe Martial Arts can transform the mind and the body, enabling aspiring athletes to reach extraordinary levels of fitness and wellbeing. Our team of martial arts experts have designed a fitness curriculum which caters to all skill levels and abilities, from those at the beginning of their fitness journey all the way to the seasoned athletes. It’s more than just exercising, it’s balance, agility, confidence and more; skills that will remain with you, and benefit you for the rest of your life. If this system suits you well, maybe a full transition to martial arts is on the horizon!

Ultimate Intensity (Circuit Training)

This is designed for high level athletes or advanced gym-goers looking to step up the intensity of their workouts by incorporating HIIT training, WODs, lifting and circuits into their routines. These are high impact and high intensity programs aiming to make athletes peak during a specific time frame i.e. leading up to a competition. It is important that you have good form for the advanced movements and programs.

Competition Formats:

Sport Fitness

Displaying a fit and balanced body that is aesthetically pleasing coupled with agility, movement and mobility skills all presented in a routine or performance.

Tactical Fitness

During the past decade, a new category in the world of fitness has been developed. Tactical fitness training prepares your body for challenges outside the gym and for real-life situations that require physical strength and a high level of mental alertness. When someone trains to get their fitness to a level that incorporates strength, power, speed, agility, cardio endurance, muscle stamina, flexibility and mobility (all the elements of fitness), it will produce an all-round tactical foundation.

Tactical athletes are usually individuals in the military, law enforcement, firefighting and other professions whose occupations have significant physical fitness requirements along with the potential for facing dangerous real-life situations. Therefore, in tactical fitness, having a healthy mind and body is not enough. You need to have other elements of fitness that one might need in real-life situations.

In tactical fitness special obstacles are designed to test your ability to perform survival-related skills, such as lifting, running, crawling, swimming, carrying, climbing, jumping and other situations which require full-body strength, muscle coordination, stamina, speed, agility and cardiovascular conditioning, which can also be used for competition setting as well.
